OCP crée "BloomLab" pour booster l’Innovation Participative

OCP just launched a new incubator and accelerator, BloomLab, to encourage innovation within the Group. This initiative responds to the need for specific accompaniment of intrapreneurship projects.

Proposed by participatory innovation and accompanied by the direction “Strategy & Corporate Development”, BloomLab is a project dedicated to innovation, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, and that, what is more, will have appropriate human and financial resources.

Thus, BloomLab puts at the disposal of situation initiators and innovative projects co-working spaces, the OCP Fablabs, the experimental farm and mine, as well as the UM6P FabLabs, training and accompaniment sessions, dispensed by coaches, mentors, internal and/or external experts. Moreover, each project initiator will benefit, during the various stages of his project development, from appropriate funding means.

Moreover, access to funding and various resources proposed by BloomLab will have to answer, in counterpart, to a defined and validated progression during the Pass Gate: A transition from one phase to another according to an incubator and accelerator process of the various projects. Indeed, the process in a circuit split in six steps and covers the following phases: Ideation, Prototype, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), Market Fit, Growth and maturity.
